InnoDisk FiD 1.8 SATA D150 SSD is standard 7+15 pin SATA interface could support most of the platform with standard SATA port. InnoDisk SATA D150 SSD operates under SATA II (3.0Gb/s) protocol with good performance, the sustain read/write can reach up to 120/100MB per second (max).

InnoDisk SATA D150 SSD is also suitable in industrial field. It effectively reduces the booting time of operation system and the power consumption is less than hard disk drive (HDD). InnoDisk SATA D150 SSD complies with ATA protocol, no additional drivers are required, and the SATA D150 SSD can be configured as a boot device or data storage device.

What is the difference between "regular" version and [Version2]?
The [Version2] with part# ending with a "B" is simply a new revision of the model with an updated memory chip and firmware update, they have the exact same functionality and specifications. The [version 2] will be available in a longer time range and the "regular" version will phase out sooner. For a new project, we suggest to go with [Version2]

Flash memory can be erased a limited number of times. This number is called the erase cycle limit or write endurance limit and is defined by the flash array vendor. The erase cycle limit applies to each individual erase block in the flash device. InnoDisk SATADOM D150 SSD wide temp  uses a wear-leveling algorithm to ensure that consecutive writes of a specific sector are not written physically to the same page in the flash. This spreads flash media usage evenly across all pages, thereby maximizing flash lifetime.
