PCIe DOM 04G 2 channels(3G) DEPD-04GM11C1D

PCIE Disk on Module
4GB

Commercial Temp

The PCIe DOM is a totally revolutionary embedded flash storage. It is developed within amazing data transfer speed and also extremely small mechanical design. PCIeDOM has a height of 2 cm, which avoids mechanical interference with easy installment on the flat mother board. Different from the connection with a tailgate of the system for installation, PCIeDOMTMs patented mechanical design lets users to enjoy simple installment and detachment without other tools, just plug and play.

Besides, PCIeDOM provides excellent random read/write performance and support intelligent wear-leveling algorithm to assure the reliability of the device.

Smallest PCIe Disk on Module
Compliant with PCIe x1, and compatible with PCIe x4, x8, x16
Excellent IOPS
Built-in ECC function
Support wear-leveling algorithm
Patented mechanical design-plug and play: anti-shock and anti-vibration
Flexibility for server mother board design (without tailgate)

Wear Leveling

Flash memory can be erased within a limited number of times. This number is called the erase cycle limit or write endurance limit and is defined by the flash array vendor. The erase cycle limit applies to each individual erase block in the flash device. InnoDisk PCIeDOM uses a static wear-leveling algorithm to ensure that consecutive writes of a specific sector are not written physically to the same page/block in the flash. This spreads flash media usage evenly across all pages, thereby extending flash lifetime.
